업무: 담임목사를 도와 세례식과 성찬식을 포함한 성스러운 의식을 집행합니다. 담임목사와 함께 모든 예배, 기도 모임 및 성경 공부를 인도합니다. 결혼식과 장례식에서 목사로 집전합니다. 담임목사를 지원하기 위해 목회 심방과 상담, 준비 및 설교를 합니다. 담임목사과 함께 모든 예배와 모임이 적절하게 진행되도록 지시합니다. 모든 예배, 기도 모임, 성경 공부 수업을 구성하고 진행합니다. 기독교 교육 프로그램을 시행하고 모니터링하고, 찬양 팀을 이끌고, 청년 성인 사역과 프로그램을 이끕니다. 선교사역을 이끕니다.
자격 요건: 신학 또는 신학 석사 학위. 목사로 안수받은 사람.
근무 일정: 주당 40시간: 오전 9시 ~ 오후 5시

POSITION: Associate Pastor
DUTIES:
Administer the holy rituals, including baptismal ceremonies and communions in support of the Senior Pastor. Officiate as Minister at marriage and funeral services. Lead all worship services in support of the Senior Pastor. Lead prayer and research the Bible. Make pastoral visit and counsel, prepare, and preach sermons in support of Senior Pastor. Officiate at all services, prayer meetings and Bible study classes in support of Senior Pastor. Direct all worships and meetings to be conducted properly in support of Senior Pastor. Form and carry out every worship service, prayer meetings, and Bible study classes. Implement and monitor Christian education programs, lead praising teams and lead young adult ministry and programs. Lead the missionary ministry.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s Degree in Divinity or Theology. Must be ordained as Pastor.
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
